Katelynn, your lead wedding planner, here! My least favorite thing to hear is “we have to do this tradition because my mother-in-law said so”. Nah. As a wedding planner, my goal is to make your wedding dreams come to life while gently reminding you that it’s YOUR day. You get to decide what traditions, style, and literally everything else you want to have on YOUR wedding day.
Katelynn became a wedding planner because, well, she loves weddings (obviously). She also really loves helping couples to take a step back and plan the wedding day that feels true to them, in a way that’s also low on stress. Aside from your wedding planner, she's here to be your best friend, hype woman, listener, and your accompanied board + beer game player.

Full Planning
Full wedding planning is best for couples who want a part in the planning process, but pretty much want everything handled for them. If you’re super busy or the thought of planning an entire wedding is draining, then this package is for you.
Partial Planning
This package is THE fit for you if you’re already pretty organized, but you still need that extra layer of professional wedding planning support. If you’re unsure what the next step is or you’re just over wedding planning all on your own, this is your match.
Wedding Coordination
If the idea of having Uncle George manage your wedding day gives you hives, but you don’t quite need a wedding planner for everything, then you’ve arrived at the right place. We come in about 2 months from the date to help finalize details, create your customized timeline, finalize things with vendors, etc. You can also reach out throughout the process if you have questions along the way.
Destination Wedding Planning
While we’re based in Bend, Oregon, we plan weddings all across the Pacific Northwest and greater United States. We also won’t object to planning a wedding in another country, so if you’re planning a destination wedding, reach out and we can lock down the details!
