What sets you apart from other planners and coordinators?
I stick to the budget that you have created for your big day. That being said, I will always be realistic and honest with you. I will always be upfront to ensure that your vision is within your budget. I do everything in my power to stretch that budget high + low.
Can you work with any budget?
Currently, I am a two-woman show. All weddings include at least 1 coordinating assistant. If your decor is more intricate, I will provide a bigger team at an additional cost.
How big is your team?
I always have a back-up plan if something happens. I am confident that I can come to a solution quickly in the event of an issue.
How do you handle day-of problems?
After our consultation, I will send a proposal that includes a contract and 1st payment link. Your date is officially held once the contract is signed and the 1st payment is paid. All dates are first-come, first-serve and cannot be held.
How do we reserve our wedding date?
In our first meeting after booking, we will discuss how involved you'd like to be in the process. If you are wanting to have calls with vendors, that is something I can totally do. As far as selecting vendors, I generally pull from my vendor network that includes vendors I have worked with previously. If there is someone or something specific you are looking for, I reach out to my vendor groups to find the perfect fit for you.
What is your process with selecting vendors?
I have vendor recommendations that I have created over my career that I have worked with and feel as though they give a great, custom client experience.
Do you have a list of preferred vendors to use?
I will always do everything in my abilities to be at your wedding. I have a network with several other planners and coordinators that I can pull from in the event that something happens and I cannot make it.
What happens if you're sick or have an emergency and cannot be there for our wedding day?
I do not sign my name underneath contracts for events. Instead, I have vendors email you their contract for you and your partner to sign, as well as reach out to you regarding invoices, payments, and retainers.
Do you handle contracts and payments?
I love destination weddings and am always willing to take on more. I create a customized pricing quote for your event depending on location, travel fees, etc. The furthest I have gone so far is from OR to TX!
